Christine's Designer Cakes and Cookies is an on-line bakery with some delivery in the Sacramento area.  We are a small bakery specializing in artisan sugar and fortune cookies and special order desserts.

Christine grew up in the bay area, then moved to Sacramento, and later attended college studying Environmental Biology. After college, she was passionate about protecting the environment and began working as an Environmental Scientist helping to protect California waters. However, throughout life she was also passionate about food, which was passed down from her father, Manuel.  She knew she had to find a way to work in the culinary field, but also continue to protect the environment.  Her first step was to enroll in culinary school where she met Chef instructors Roxanne O'Brien and Teresa Urkofsky who inspired her to follow her dreams.  And so grew the idea for Christine's Designer Cakes and Cookies...  

Christine's mission is to spread the passion for food and the knowledge that the food we eat should not only taste amazing, but that our food choices greatly impact our health, our family, and our environment.
